All seating is first-come, first served. Purchasing tickets in High Camp and Summit tiers guarantees seating in those sections, but not specific seats.
Mount Tam Jam tickets are in the form of wristbands. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen wristbands or passes, so please keep them in a safe place and don't lose them!
A valid photo I.D. will be required to claim any ticket held at Will Call. No refunds will be processed for unclaimed orders or patrons who do not have valid identification and are denied entry.
Mount Tam Jam will be filmed, photographed, and recorded for promotional and archival purposes. By your presence on event premises, you consent to the use of your name, voice and likeness without conditions in any and all media. Thank you for your cooperation.
All Galactic Afterparty tickets will be held at the box office at Sweetwater Music Hall in Purchaser's Name for Will Call pickup on evening of show. Please present your photo ID at Sweetwater in order to pick up your tickets.
